EV charger grant and tax relief checker for UK businesses

Answer a few questions to see which government support may apply to chargers at your site, and roughly how much grant you could get. Each answer links to the official rules, which decide in the end.

How this is worked out

• Grant = the lower of £500 × sockets (up to 40 sockets) and 75% of the total cost including VAT. An OZEV-authorised installer applies for the voucher and claims it when the chargers are live.
• The tax allowance check only looks at which tax you pay and the allowance's end date. It does not work out tax saved.
