What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, site postcode and details about your site and what you want to install. Our web server keeps standard technical logs for security.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to you and match your enquiry: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the service.
- To pass your enquiry to an installer partner: your consent, given with the tick box on the form. We tell you which partner before sharing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
- To send occasional updates: only if you tick the separate marketing box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
- Installer partners: EV charging, solar and battery installers we work with, only with your consent and only the partner we name to you.
- Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Consent records are kept for as long as we hold the data they relate to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
